A Case of Huge Laryngeal Polyp

Abstract

|
We report a case of huge laryngeal polyp arised from the anterior end of left vocal cord, which was small finger-tip sized, 1.5X1.4X1.0cm. grayish, pedunculated tumor mass and moved up and down comcomittant with the respiratory movement.
The patient was a 37-year-old Korean male and complained of hoarseness and intermittent respiratory difficulty.
The tumor mass was removed out under indirect and direct laryngoscopy with forceps.
